At FIT With Lit, I devise a six-week challenge program tailored to each client based upon his/her habits, necessities, body type and overall preferences. My six-week challenge is formulated on previous accomplishments and a full scope of beneficiary foods and diets.
Throughout the challenge, I will educate my client on his/her nutritional
value of each meal, while abstaining from sticking to a strict and dull menu.
My plan encompasses: Two, 45-minute visits (in person/virtual); One Initial meet & greet, which will be at the beginning of the challenge and at the end of the challenge, to determine goals and appraise the end transformation. The initial meeting includes body measurements, calculation of body fat, end-result discussion, and other questions or concerns.
Throughout the six weeks, I make myself fully available to you for guidance, instructions, difficulties, and motivation. I coordinate each plan according to your goal, which may relate to health, weight loss, increase muscle mass or the significance of nutrition.
